Mobile Developer  – Full Time

About the role:

You will be joining the small dev team and leading the mobile development of Friend Theory where you’ll be able to do what you do best: build mobile apps, and build fast. Without any bureaucracies involved.

Your main responsibilities will be:

– Design and develop cross-platform Friend Theory Mobile App with Dart and Flutter
– Work in collaboration with designer to implement mockups into mobile app
– Implement Flutter widgets when existing ones don’t exist
– Manage the publishing cycles of iOS and Android Apps
– Plan and implement automated testing of developed features
– Ensure quality of algorithms to keep a high standard and speed even on mobile devices
– Identify and fix issues arising on the mobile applications
– Pro-actively offer solutions and innovative ways of solving product-related problems

Full Stack Developer – Full Time

About the role:

You will be joining the small dev team mainly working on the backend development of Friend Theory where you’ll be able to do what you do best: build software, and build fast. Without any bureaucracies involved.

Your main responsibilities will be:

– Create the data models required to support the Friend Theory products
– Develop the Friend Theory REST API according to new features needs
– Maintain and improve existing API code base where required
– Ensure software engineering best practices are followed
– Create a test plan for the API, and implement it
– Externalise some code currently in the API code base to run
independently
– Assist with Web/Mobile front-end development if required

Marketing Guru  – Full Time or Part Time

About the role:

This is a very flexible role where you’ll be have to freedom to design your own role given your skillset. But ultimately you will become the voice of Friend Theory, taking care of all things social and community management.

Your main responsibilities will be:

– Get creative, plan and execute your own marketing campaigns
– Run day to day Friend Theory social media channels
– Manage the Friend Theory Blog
– Help establish a Friend Theory Ambassadors Program
– Run email marketing campaigns

– Copywriting skills
– English fluent in speaking and writing
– Strong communication skills
